Here, you have the opportunity to provide feedback including any adjustments you want to make. Once the design is finalized, we invite you to our office to meet the staff assigned to the project, discuss the scope and timeline, and browse building materials. At this meeting, the contract is signed, and the down payment is submitted. Then, your pool project is ready to launch!

Financing

Permitting

With finances and the design established, our permitting department drafts a site plan which is then taken to the appropriate governing bodies for obtaining the necessary permits. Pool Construction

The pool build is underway once we complete another site inspection and schedule Dig Day (i.e., the first construction day). The best part about this stage is that you pay as you go. As each new construction phase begins, we email you instructions to remit payment through a secure online portal. 

Once the pool is built, we fill it with water and visit it every day for 2 weeks to scrub the walls. We, then, welcome you to Pool School, an included hands-on course conducted by our Director of Service Operations. Here, you learn everything you need to know about using and maintaining your pool over the years. With Pool School comes one month of free pool service.

Finally, the Director of Field Operations does a final walkthrough with you to make any minor cosmetic adjustments and confirm that the pool is functioning properly. Your pool is now ready for use!
