These companies, generally, enlist subcontractors for the building processes which is where most of the horror stories come from. It’s much more challenging to coordinate a building team that isn’t part of the original design company. Schedules conflict. Communication gets lost. Ultimately, it can become a coordination nightmare that delays the entire project.

All of our designers and builders are in-house employees who are fluent with our operating procedures, materials inventory, and client profiles. The journey to your luxury pool or spa begins when you schedule a free consultation with one of our design specialists. Together, you and the designer will go over your vision and determine how the scope will impact the timeline and budget of your project.

From there, we schedule an onsite visit of your property where we take meticulous measurements, photos, and videos of your backyard and reconcile them with the design concept. Within 7 days of this visit, our design team will email you a 3D CAD rendering of the design incorporating the measurements to the overall design. 

Next, we schedule an appointment for you at our corporate office to make any revisions and finalize the design before signing the contract and making the down payment. Here, we invite you to our showroom to browse our selection of high-end building materials sourced from all over the world. 

Drafting and permitting is a breeze with Bellareed.

Once we receive your down payment, our Drafting Department makes a site plan from the 3D rendering. This typically takes 2 - 3 business days. Then, the site plan goes to our Permitting Department which completes a permit application and submits it within 7 business days to your home city or county of authority. When the application is approved, we’ll email you and hand the project over to our Operations Department.

The luxury pool construction process.   

The construction begins with a site inspection. Our Operations Team will, then, notify you when each new Stage of your pool construction begins. At that same time, the Accounting Department emails you instructions on how to submit payment through a secure online portal. The best part is that you only pay for the stage we are in!

When construction concludes, you do a final walkthrough with our Director of Field Operations. Here, we address any fine details or cosmetic flaws that require attention. Once this step is complete, you are finally ready to enjoy your custom luxury pool!
